We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the watch is in the same condition as received — unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.


Before returning an item, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email so we can provide return instructions.


Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, which ensures next-day delivery after dispatch.


If your order is placed on a Friday or weekend, delivery will take 1–2 extra days.
